Users must provide accurate information during registration. Credentials must be kept secure. Users are responsible for all activity under their account. SkillMeHub may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspicious activity.

3. Payments and Course Access

Payments are processed securely. Access is granted after successful payment. Pricing is subject to change by educators or the platform. SkillMeHub may modify course offerings at any time without notice.

4. Educator-Specific Terms

• Educators are responsible for creating original content and obtaining rights to materials used.
• Educators retain ownership of their courses but grant SkillMeHub a non-exclusive license to host and display content.
• Revenue share is outlined in our platform policy; educators are responsible for pricing and course marketing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or sell any material without written permission.

6. User Conduct

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Unauthorized sharing or resale of courses
• Harassment or discrimination
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
• Impersonating other users

7. Limitation of Liability

SkillMeHub is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Platform. Users assume all risks associated with course participation.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication with SkillMeHub. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or a competent court in Lagos.

9. Changes to Terms

SkillMeHub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of changes.

Refund Policy

SkillMeHub delivers high-quality courses. Refunds are only issued if the Platform cannot deliver purchased courses due to verified technical failures.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase and issue details are required. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

2. Ineligible Refunds

Refunds are not provided for user error, internet issues, dissatisfaction, or incomplete participation.
